U.S. Orders

U.S. Domestic Shipping Timeframes:

  • We ship Monday thru Friday from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California.
  • If your order is placed Monday-Thursday, your order ships the next business day, excluding holidays. Please note, we take up to 2 business days to ship during the holidays (Thanksgiving thru Christmas).
  • If your order is placed Friday-Sunday, your order will ship the following Monday, excluding holidays. Please note, we take up to 3 business days to ship during the holidays (Thanksgiving thru Christmas).
  • From there, our bags take, on average, between 2-10 business days (excluding holidays & Sundays), depending on distance from Los Angeles. 
  • Please note that we have recently seen significant delays for Hawaii and Alaska orders, sometimes taking up to 24 business days to arrive. 
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS or UPS tracking number within 24 hours of your order shipment. Note that not receiving an email yet does not mean it has not shipped; please allow up to 24 hours.

  • Our Christmas shipping cutoff date for our Free standard shipping rate (4-12 business day delivery) is December 10, 2024. Please place your orders by this date to ensure delivery before Christmas. Orders placed after this date may deliver by Christmas (especially anyone located near Los Angeles), but we cannot make a guarantee. Please note that this is the busiest time of year for shipping carriers and ground-shipping delays are common.

  • Expedited shipping (2-4 business day delivery) is available upon request (use the form on our FAQ page). Customers are responsible for the full expedited method fee and all shipping fees are non-refundable.

    * We strive for the above, but there may be delays in special cases; we do not have control over our mail carriers, and some parcels to Hawaii, Alaska, or the East Coast can take longer than our typical shipping range to arrive. Please note that timeframes are longer during the holiday season and this is out of our control. Please place your order by December 10th to ensure Christmas delivery via our Free shipping method. 

U.S. Shipping Rates:

  • Orders $100 and up: FREE SHIPPING.
  • Orders under $100: Flat rate $5 shipping fee.


International Orders

International Orders Shipping Timeframes:

  • We ship Monday thru Friday from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California.
  • Please allow 4-6 business days for order handling/shipment for international orders to ship/dispatch.
  • Once shipped, international orders can take anywhere between 10-28 business days to arrive on average.

International Shipping Rates

  • Hong Kong orders: FREE SHIPPING over 1000 HKD.
  • All other non-U.S. orders: Flat rate $25 USD shipping fee.
