U.S. Orders

U.S. Domestic Shipping Timeframes:

We ship Monday thru Friday from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California.
If your order is placed Monday-Thursday, your order ships the next business day, excluding holidays. Please note, we take up to 2 business days to ship during the holidays (Thanksgiving thru Christmas).
If your order is placed Friday-Sunday, your order will ship the following Monday, excluding holidays.
From there, our bags typically reach the west coast in 1-2 days and the east coast in 4-5 days.

* We strive for the above, but there may be delays in special cases. Please note that timeframes are longer during the holiday season and this is out of our control. Please place your order early to ensure Christmas delivery.
