U.S. Exchange & Return Policy

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we offer easy Exchanges or Returns within 21 days of the delivery date. 

All U.S. returns are subject to a $15.00 restocking fee** deducted from your refund amount. Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as a Store Credit. **We now also offer you the option to unlock Free Return Shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee ($2.98) at the time of purchase (read more in our policy notes below).

Return Policy:

• Customers are responsible for a $15.00 restocking fee for any returned merchandise. This restocking fee covers the cost of the return shipping label.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Returns are eligible for Refund up to 21 days after delivery date. Returns for Store Credit are eligible up to 30 days after delivery date.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• To be eligible for a return, products returned must be in the exact same condition as they were received. We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements, (i.e. found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags, straps or packaging). If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued.
• We now offer you the option to unlock Free Return Shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee ($2.98) at the time of purchase. This option is available in your Cart or on the Checkout screen and will appear as a toggle you can opt in/out of. If you choose to opt in and pay this fee at the time of purchase, there is no additional charge for returning/shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, and you decide to return your order, your return will be subject to the standard $15.00 restocking fee we withhold on Returns. Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies. 
• Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving a return label. 
• If you received a wrong item, or your item was received with damage/defects, please send us a message using our contact form on our FAQ page.

Exchange Policy:

• All Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Customers are responsible for a $15 restocking fee on all Exchanges.
• Please visit our Exchange/Returns portal to start your Exchange.
• Customers are responsible for the price difference if the new item's price is more than the original purchase. In cases where the original item's price is higher, the difference will be refunded.
• We offer instant Store Credit through our Exchange/Return portal, or we take 3-5 business days to ship out standard Exchanges once the returned merchandise is delivered to our warehouse.
