2025 Holiday Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. To make holiday shopping easier, we’ve extended our return window for orders placed during this holiday season.

EXTENDED RETURN POLICY

For orders placed between 11/17/2025 through 12/13/2025:

  • Refunds: Eligible within 30 days of delivery (extended from 21 days).
  • Exchanges or store credit: Accepted within 45 days of delivery (extended from 30 days).
  • Orders placed outside this period follow our standard return policy.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including all tags, dust bags, and accessories.
  • Factory Seconds items and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange.

PROCESS

  1. Returns must be requested through our Return/Exchange Portal and shipped within 7 days of receiving your return label. Unauthorized or late returns may be denied and returned to you without a refund.
  2. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $15 restocking fee, unless you opted into Return Protection for $2.98 at checkout. This optional service waives the restocking fee and provides free return shipping for up to 3 items. Return Protection must be added at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. It does not override final sale terms or other store policies. The cost of Return Protection is non-refundable.
  3. If you are returning an item that you received as a gift, you may use our Gift Returns page via our Return/Exchange Portal to return for store credit.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10–12 business days of receipt.
  • If you received your item as a gift, you may request a refund in the form of Store Credit.
  • Original shipping fees or Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable.
