We’re always experimenting and building slowly.

Instead of one traditional role, we collaborate with a small group of creative contributors throughout the year. If you have a strong visual eye and are curious about brand building, content, and fashion marketing, this is a chance to work closely with a small team and learn by doing.

Here’s a bit more about how we work and what we’re looking for:

Creative Contributor

Freelance, Project-Based

This may read like a formal job posting, but we promise we’re not that formal.

We’re a small, female-owned handbag brand called AALLYN that are slowly and intentionally building our company and community. All of us are mothers, freelancers, creatives, or women designing our careers around our lifestyles. We work to live, not the other way around. And we’re hoping to find a handful of creative, visually-minded creatives who feel the same.

We’re looking to find 3-5 trusted Creative Contributors to collaborate with us on a project-by-project basis. Someone with a strong aesthetic eye who understands brand identity and wants hands-on experience helping shape it.

This is ideal for someone early in their fashion or marketing career, or someone building their portfolio, who wants real B2C brand experience without stepping into a rigid corporate environment.

What you might work on:

You don’t need to do everything on this list. We care more about your eye and instincts.

  • Pinterest-style photos, selfies, and light photo editing
  • Short-form video content for social media (shooting and/or editing)
  • Digital design support
  • Lifestyle or aesthetic-focused content that fits a brand vibe

You’d work directly with our founder and marketing lead, helping translate our brand into visuals that feel cohesive and intentional.

We’re laid back in style, but serious about follow-through. We value:

There are no fixed workdays or set hours. This is fully remote and paid per project. We set clear scopes and timelines, and you manage your time in a way that fits your life.

We’re building a small circle of trusted contributors rather than hiring one full-time role. The goal is to collaborate with a few creative freelancers we can return to again and again as projects evolve.

The reason we’re approaching it this way is simple: we like to test and learn. We experiment often. We try new content angles, new visual directions, new formats. We think it would be fun to build alongside someone who’s excited to experiment with us and see what works.

We’ll typically begin with a paid trial project so we can both get a feel for creative alignment and workflow. If it feels good on both sides, we’d love to continue collaborating throughout the year.
