Returns

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We are happy to accept returns or exchanges in brand-new, unused condition within 21 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges are processed through our Return/Exchange Portal.
All returns and exchanges are subject to a $15.00 restocking fee. Alternatively, you can unlock Free Return Shipping on your order by paying a small returns fee ($2.98) at the time of purchase.
Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as a Store Credit.

Keep leather out of direct heat or sunlight for prolonged periods. These elements will prematurely cause the leather to dry out, crack or fade.
Avoid water, but if your bag gets wet, pat it dry with paper towels and let it air dry. Do not apply heat.
Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfume, or anything that may transfer color.
To remove water or dirt from the leather, wipe dry with a soft and clean cloth.
Moisturize the bag with a leather conditioner lotion every few months or as necessary.
