If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns within 21 days and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

All U.S. returns and exchanges are subject to a $15 restocking fee, deducted from your refund. To waive this fee, you can opt in to Return Protection for $2.98 at checkout—giving you free return shipping on up to 3 items per order. (See full details below.)

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your AALLYN purchase. If it’s not quite right, we offer:

  • Returns within 21 days of delivery

  • Exchanges within 30 days of delivery

All U.S. returns and exchanges are subject to a $15 restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund or exchange credit. A prepaid label will be provided through our Return/Exchange portal above. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items will be inspect and must be unused, in original condition, with tags, straps, and packaging included.

  • Unauthorized returns (sent without a request) will not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that show wear, damage, or missing components. If rejected, the item will be sent back and no refund issued.

Free Return Shipping Option

You can opt in to free return shipping at checkout by selecting the $2.98 Return Protection toggle. If selected:

  • The $15 restocking fee is waived

  • Your return shipping is covered (up to 3 items per order)

  • This option must be added at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively

Please note:

  • Additional returns beyond 3 items per order incur a $15 fee

  • Return Protection does not apply to final sale items or override other store policies

  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your return label

Other Notes

  • Flash Sale returns are eligible for Store Credit only

  • Factory Seconds items are not eligible for return.

  • If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us via the form on our FAQ page.

  • Returns are processed within 10–12 business days, though bank processing times may vary
