Returns

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We are happy to accept returns or exchanges in brand-new, unused condition within 21 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges are processed through our Return/Exchange Portal.
All returns and exchanges are subject to a $15.00 restocking fee. Alternatively, you can unlock Free Return Shipping on your order by paying a small returns fee ($2.98) at the time of purchase.

Keep leather out of direct heat or sunlight for prolonged periods. These elements will prematurely cause the leather to dry out, crack or fade.
Avoid water, but if your bag gets wet, pat it dry with paper towels and let it air dry. Do not apply heat.
Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfume, or anything that may transfer color.
To remove water or dirt from the leather, wipe dry with a soft and clean cloth.
Moisturize the bag with a leather conditioner lotion every few months or as necessary.

This bag is lovely. I already have a Lilly and a Jordan bucket but this one one is for work when I need my laptop. The wood berry color is gorgeous and the perfect neutral to go with everything. The insert is a wonderful addition to the bag, which is made with a beautiful leather. My only complaint is the logo is off-centered on the front of the bag, but I can live with it. The picture of the of me with bag has the strap at the longest setting and it's perfect for me. For reference I am 5'7", 133lbs. Please make the black one available with silver hardware because I am dying to own it.

I've been getting Aallyn ads in my feed for awhile now, and decided to try the Jolina and the Lilly in Wood Berry during the holiday sale. The color is one of my favorites, and silver hardware is my preference, so that was a plus. The quality of material and construction exceed what I would expect at this price point. The structure is nice, and not TOO stiff. I'm pleased and would consider trying other colors if offered with silver hardware.

I've been on the hunt for a tote that's nice looking, or at least nice enough to go into an office setting, but that also is "cool" looking. Mind you, I've had everything from Mansur Gavriel, Givenchy, Marc Jacobs, you name it, I've probably at least tried it on. I bought this tote from aallyn with pretty low expectations given zero reviews... but I'm reporting back to help others in their decision. This bag is unexpectedly my new favorite bag. It has an interesting shape... the photos made it look like it can only be gaping open, which I still think is nice, but I didn't realize it has a strong magnet and can actualyl close at the top, making the overall bag flatter. I notice whenever I wear it open with the top gaping, I get the most compliments because the shape is really really pretty squeezed against your side (like in her photos here). One thing I didnt' realize is that the bag comes with 2 little clips with leashes, so I use one to keep my car keys secure, and the other one I attach to the nylon bag that comes with the tote. Even though the top doesn't close, my stuff is secure. I hope my review helps others. I love my bag!
