Our bags are made with cowhide leather, which we treat with a custom polymer coating that enhances the color and provides a protective layer for durability. In addition to added durability, our coating provides a beautiful sheen so your bag can look newer for longer. Here are a few tips for caring for your AALLYN bag:

Keep bags out of direct heat or sunlight for prolonged periods. These elements will prematurely cause leather to dry out, crack or fade.
Avoid water, but if your bag gets wet, pat it dry with paper towels and let it air dry. Do not apply heat.
Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfume, or anything that may transfer color.
To remove water or dirt from leather, wipe dry with a soft and clean cloth.
Moisturize the bag body with a leather conditioner lotion every few months or as necessary.
