Returns

• EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We are happy to accept returns or exchanges in brand-new, unused condition within 21 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges are processed through our Return/Exchange Portal.
• All returns and exchanges are subject to a $15.00 restocking fee. Alternatively, you can unlock Free Return Shipping on your order by paying a small returns fee ($2.98) at the time of purchase.
• Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as a Store Credit.

• Keep leather out of direct heat or sunlight for prolonged periods. These elements will prematurely cause the leather to dry out, crack or fade. 
• Avoid water, but if your bag gets wet, pat it dry with paper towels and let it air dry. Do not apply heat.
• Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfume, or anything that may transfer color.
• To remove water or dirt from the leather, wipe dry with a soft and clean cloth.
• Moisturize the bag with a leather conditioner lotion every few months or as necessary.
