Returns

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We are happy to accept returns or exchanges in brand-new, unused condition within 21 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges are processed through our Return/Exchange Portal.
All returns and exchanges are subject to a $15.00 restocking fee. Alternatively, you can unlock Free Return Shipping on your order by paying a small returns fee ($2.98) at the time of purchase.
Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as a Store Credit.

Keep leather out of direct heat or sunlight for prolonged periods. These elements will prematurely cause the leather to dry out, crack or fade.
Avoid water, but if your bag gets wet, pat it dry with paper towels and let it air dry. Do not apply heat.
Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfume, or anything that may transfer color.
To remove water or dirt from the leather, wipe dry with a soft and clean cloth.
Moisturize the bag with a leather conditioner lotion every few months or as necessary.

Woodberry color is absolutely gorgeous. It is a gray/brown that is a perfect neutral. This bag is adorable and the perfect size for every day. I also bought the large bucket bag Jolina in the same color. I probably don't need both but the larger bag is more for days I need my laptop. The inside of the bag is soft and the quality for the price is great. I love quality understated bags from companies that care about their products. I can't wait to use this bag. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make a black with silver hardware for all of your bags but mainly this bag and the bucket bags.

I have this in Cognac and Biscotti - both have gold hardware but they look good for different occassions. I use cognac for a more dressed down feel, even though it's still fancy looking, and I wear biscotti when I want to look more put together. Very good quality.

I recently bought a Lily Satchel in Biscotti, although I received a Woodberry color instead. But I immediately realize how the woodberry color suits me far more better and is more of my style and I kept it. I've had the bag for a month now and it's starting to become softer, the size is perfect and can fit so many things inside. The detachable straps are both so cute. I was never a Satchel girlie until I saw and bought this bag.
