Return Policy - IG/FB Orders Only

Thank you for shopping with AALLYN! As a small business, we are especially grateful. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

U.S. Orders Through FB/IG

Return Policy:

  • Please request a return through your FB/IG order or by using the form at the bottom of our FAQ/Support page.
  • U.S. customers are responsible for return shipping for any returned merchandise. Customers may pay for a label provided by AALLYN, or ship the parcel back via their own method. To request a return label ($12 for one bag, $8 for each additional bag or $8 for non-bag accessories), please note that when requesting a return.
  • If sending via customer's own method, please ship returned items to the following address:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • All returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • To be eligible for a return, products returned must be in the exact same condition as they were received. We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements, (i.e. found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags, straps or packaging). If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued.
  • Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of requesting a return. 
    How to start a return:
    • You can either request a return via your FB/IG order or by filling out the Support Form at the bottom of our FAQ/Support Page within 14 days of receiving the order. If using our form, please be prepared to provide your order # and reason for return. Please also note if you want to purchase a return label from us directly ($12 for one bag, $8 for each additional bag or $8 for non-bag accessories)
    • We take 1 business day to reply on average, excluding weekends. 
    • To pack your return: detach and place all straps inside the bag, fill the bag with original paper stuffing, and place the purse inside its AALLYN dust bag.
    • Note that returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving a return label. 
    • Please note we do not accept any liability if the product is lost or damaged during its return passage to us.

      Refunds:

      • Once we've received your return, we will inspect to ensure the item meets our eligibility criterion. If approved, you’ll be  refunded on your original payment method and will receive an email from our shop notifying you of the refund amount.
      • Please allow our team 10-12 business days to process your return and keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund on their end. 

      Exchanges:

      We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item for a different item or color, please follow our exchange policy below:

      • Customers are responsible for return shipping. We are happy to provide a label for your convenience ($14, paid via PayPal invoice)
      • To request an exchange, please use the form located at the bottom of our FAQ page, specifying the item you wish to exchange and the item you would like to exchange it for.
      • If the new item's price is less than the original purchase, the difference will be refunded in the form of Store Credit, expiring one year from date of issue. If the new item's price is greater than the original purchase, the difference will be invoiced to the customer directly.

      Once we receive your exchange request, a member of our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions.



        International Orders
         Through FB/IG

        The below policy applies to the following international locations: 
        U.K., Canada, Japan
, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

        Return Policy:

        • AALLYN accepts returns of unused products within 14 days of shipment of your order; however, AALLYN does not support pre-paid international return labels at this time. International customers are responsible for return shipping.
        • Please ship returned items to the following address:

        • Original or return shipping fees are not refundable. We reserve the right to return damaged products back to the customer.
        • Customers are responsible for a 10% restocking fee for any returned merchandise.
        • All returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
        • To be eligible for a return, products returned must be in the exact same condition as they were received. We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements, (i.e. found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags, straps or packaging).         • AALLYN does not accept exchanges.
        • Customers should follow return process (stated above) for their unwanted product and will need to place a new order for the desired product.
